Um... Creators policy: Have fun!
I just make things for my own fun and pleasure, you may do whatever pleases you with my creations. (Respecting the original creator's terms of use where applicable!)

Ok, so I copied this from MTS, because it seems to cover everything:

Uploading terms:

* File-share friendly.
* I'm offering up my creations to the community for free and out of love, so please don't re-upload or use bits of my work and then require payment for it.
Keep it free please!

With my meshes:

* You may include with Lots.
* You may include with Sims.
* You may include with recolours.
* You may re-use my textures for unrelated projects.
* You may recolour using my textures.
* You may recolour making your own textures
* You may take apart my meshes and smash, fold spindle and mutilate to your hearts content.

With my recolours of my objects:

* You may include with Lots.
* You may include with Sims.
* You may recolour using my textures.
* You may re-use my textures for unrelated projects.

With my recolours of other creator's objects:

* The original creator's policy should be respected.

With my walls/floors:

* You may include with Lots.
* You may recolour using my textures.
* You may re-use my textures for unrelated projects.

With my screenshots and pictures:
*You may reuse them however you'd like if you need them, but please save them and upload to your own photo hosting site for use.

General terms:

* Use for whatever you want. Credit to me when using bits of my stuff is the courteous thing to do, and dropping me a note so I can see what folks have done with my stuff would please me very much!
* Letting folks know where you found the stuffie-bits you used when sharing your work (some mention of the site where you found them and my community ID 'Joyful Girl' would be nice.
